Why only those Universities providing education in that countries own language are coming under the top 200 Universities of the world?.(German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hebrew etc.)Why Indian Universities providing education in English are not coming under the top 200? Because the Universities providing education in foreign languages are considered as Mental Hospitals. Taxashila was the first University in the world which was established before 7th century B.C.in India.LEARNING IN FOREIGN MEDIUM IS THE SYSTEM OF UNCIVILISED SOCIETY.PRIMARY EDUCATION IN MOTHER TONGUE &HIGHER EDUCATION IN OUR MASTERS TONGUE TO SERVE FOR OUR MASTERS AS A SLAVE.This is the colonial education policy, still has been followed.Provide all higher & technical education in Indian languages to make India a developed nation.All white & majority mongoloids learn in their own language hence advanced people, Indian & African slaves learn in their master’s language hence most backward people & also known as tribal people.language of thieves and their slaves, our present English is the outcome of British slavery. India’s per capita income is mere 1300 $ in 2013, it is more than 40,000 $ in developed nations where education is based on mother tongue.India has highest no of poor in the world, 33 percent of the world’s EXTREME poor ARE INDIANS, 36 percent of world’s illiterates are Indians. Highest no of slum dwellers are Indians. 58 percent of the people who DEFECATE IN THE OPEN are Indians. According to some media highest no of English speakers are also Indians, it shows co-relationship English is behind all our problems
