Why the scale is a liar... Many people live by the scale but it lies because it does not tell you everything! Weight loss is good but you should also be looking at muscle gain and loss as well. Also, there are many fitness improvements to note as well. Here are my suggestions: Take you body composition every month. Keep track of your fitness gains. Keep a journal. Progress is measured in the short and long term but real success requires continuity! Good luck Fred
