Clearing out old hurts and resolving conflict is both an internal and external process. It is important to be aware that unresolved losses and conflicts live in us as a form of energy. That energy will inevitably show itself during stress or a crisis. It is not necessary to clear out “all” of your skeletons in the closet before engaging in a new relationship.
