Wi-Fi Health Dangers How Radiation Effects Health - TopicsExpress

Wi-Fi Health Dangers How Radiation Effects Health Scientific studies suggest that prolonged exposure to the low-level electromagnetic radiation can cause many health problems. Wi-Fi is installed in homes, schools, offices, stores, hotels, coffee shops, airports, libraries, hospitals, public buildings and even entire sections of cities. Wi-Fi devices emit radio-frequency energy, a form of non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation, which can be absorbed by tissues closest to the device. Wi-Fi signals use a frequency of 2.4 GHz, nearly identical to the frequency of microwave ovens (2.45 GHz) and similar to those of mobile or cell phones (GSM phones use 1.8 or 1.9 GHz and the UMTS 3G phones use 2.1 GHz). The amount of radio-frequency energy a cell phone user is exposed to depends on the technology of the phone, the distance between the phone’s antenna and the user, the extent and type of use, and the user’s distance from cell phone towers. Health problems may begin as sleep disturbances, heart palpitations, headaches or even migraines, and lower energy levels. Children may be especially vulnerable to Wi-Fi radiation signals because their nervous systems and brains are still developing. If you have Wi-Fi at home - laptops, wireless video games, and other devices, you are living in a virtual soup of electromagnetic radiation. Studies thus far have not shown a consistent link between Wi-Fi use and cancer. This is a concern however because we know Wi-Fi radiation is NOT safe. More research is needed because cell phone technology and how people use cell phones have been changing rapidly. https://youtube/watch?v=avANkBWCDaE
