Wicked lower body is completed. I hung with the man for the whole dvd which means my hamstring is good to go!! Did a 15 minute w/u which included a 3 mile bike ride then some stretching and running in place etc... Did the dvd then also did 15 minutes of the rowing machine at a 30% resistance setting a pretty quick pace,, 4 sets of dumbbell trap shrugs 3 sets of forearm grippers Cool down Time for my recovery shake!!
