Wicked time at the PLOP Enduro yesterday with a great team. Mixed conditions, Very wet, damp, misty then dried out in the afternoon. Lots of red flags and the track got covered in oil. Our bike seemed a bit slow compared to about 80% of the grid, it needs a fettle! It also needs some TLC as it crashed a few times itself! But we have still awarded it a finishers medal! Anthony Thornton prepared and brought the bike and did some of the wettest and trickiest stints. He is on this start video. The most reliable and knowledgeable man around. Lewis Williams had a welcome to racing day, when its good its the best thing you do when its shit its really shit! He had a I dont like the Hairpin issue and now needs a new helmet and some bruise healing time. Still had the grit to try again and always got straight back on and brought the bike back to the pits, true endurance! Patrick Williams amazed everyone. Teams were lining up to sign him at the chequered flag! First time ever on a bike on a track and this is a wet Cadwell very tricky and technical. He was only a few seconds of my pace! I am expected to lead the way with my experience, it must be in his Genes. Next year the first one will be at Angelsey and he will be snapping at my heels. Great fun highly recommended, nice to see Lee Parker and his mates giving it a go, just happy we pipped them by one place. Get in!!!!!!!!!!!
