Wife came home from driving school and gave me a disappointed look. Apparently she thought she smelled shrimp and was hoping I had surprised her by cooking dinner. I hadnt, and I felt bad. So I cooked her stir fried malaysian style shrimp with spinach in 20 minutes. The Malaysian bit comes from me using laksa paste as a base for this dish that I cooked up off the top of my head, no recipe and some improvisation. Wifey loved the dish and me am a happy (and relieved!) hubby. :P
