Wife of PGA Tour Golf Pro, Tom Kite, died of cancer in Austin on Friday. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, Christy provided me with cell phone numbers of other PGA Tour wives to contact for info and insider info on MD Anderson Houston. Scary to think you can die of cancer. Both she and I never thought either of us would die when diagnosed. You always expect that you will beat it. More and more I am personally hearing of loved ones dying from all types of cancer even now in this day and age with all the treatments available to us. Life is so fragile. Thank God for every day...
