Wild Fusion Limited is looking for a competent individial to fit the role of Client Service Executive. The Client service executive will be responsible for developing client relationships and closing the ‘sale’. He/she will report to the Client Service Manager and will work closely with clients to enable them achieve their objectives. He/she will Write briefs with detailed functionality specifications (i.e. wire framing). Brief and liaise with creative teams, developers and understand all processes and platforms. Explore new partnerships clients, making recommendations to the Client Service Manager Ensure clients are fully briefed and kept up-to-date with all digital marketing opportunities to reflect their business. Responsible for the quality of service and delivery of all integrated campaigns across all channels including SEO, PPC, Facebook, LinkedIn,Twitter, etc. Work independently and self-motivated. Ability to motivate a team. Excellent customer service skills. Problem solving and project management skills. Strong analytical skills. Passion for technology. Passion for client satisfaction. The Client Service Executive must have excellent communication skills and open to ideas and feedback. Ability to manage complex projects. Ability to write complex integrated digital campaign briefs. Innovative and creative mind. Experience of working on global brand will be an added advantage Desired Skills and Experience The Client Service Executive must be digital expert and stay abreast of digital and market trends. He/she must Understanding of social media engagement strategies and successful attributes. Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter etc) and deployment strategies. Understanding of interactive strategy. Understanding of brand strategy and deployment. Professional Qualifications (e.g. Google Certified Individual will be an added advantage) BSc/BA or equivalent experience required. Digital or online advertising industry experience preferred.
