The Wildlands seeks to appoint a senior Training and Development Manager - uBuntu Earth, based in KwaZulu-Natal. The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing the Project Training & Development Programs under the Management of the Deputy Director | uBuntu Earth at the Wildlands Conservation Trust. This is permanent, senior post in the Wildlands Conservation Trust. Responsibilities: Identify training needs and quality service providers, programme development, plan and co-ordinate training, develop and manage learnerships and SETA grants, monitor training quality and trainer schedules and delivery, coordinate induction training, data management and record keeping, lead and direct the activities of the training administrator. Requirements: Undergraduate degree in training, organisational development or related field; Minimum of three to five years experience in training and skills development and planning and a coordination; SETA and SAQA experience; Above average computer literacy and excel competency; Must thrive working in multi-cultural environment; Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; isiZulu would be beneficial; Strong communication skills; Must be willing to travel and have a valid driver’s licence and own transport.
