Wilkinsons is currently refusing to accept printable coupons from supersavvyme or any other internet printable coupon. Tried to purchase fairy washing up liquid with 50p off manufacturers coupon from supersavvyme and was refused at checkout today. Phoned Wilinsons customer service line and they said that their current policy is to refuse all printable coupons and it is their right to refuse ANY coupon at any time. Phoned Proctor and Gamble after this to ask their opinion. They recommended I ask Wilkinsons for a statement of their internet printable coupon policy. Claire at Wilkinsons customer services then went to ask the finance team for one to send me, she came back and said that she would look into it and contact me back after she had investigated this. Sounds like they do not have one! There is nowhere on their websites terms and conditions section that states this policy so there is no way a consumer can know before physically doing their shopping that these will be rejected at the till. Will let you know how I get on...
