Will AAP take action on these issues and include them in its future election manifesto ? This is to bring ur attention towards certain neglected issues which needs immediate attention so that actions could be initiated on ground level to create awareness in public as well as issues could find place in future manifesto of the party. 1. Tatas ownership and possession of lakes and rivers in Pune region in FREE INDIA. Is this possession lawful and CONSTITUTIONAL ? Whatever agreement, if at all they had with British, WHY IT IS NOT IN PUBLIC DOMAIN ? change.org/en-IN/petitions/cm-of-maharashtra-chairman-tata-group-how-tata-s-own-possess-8-natural-lakes-in-pune-against-constitution-without-auction-or-profit-sharing-with-state?share_id=jXyWeGvFxn&utm_campaign=autopublish&utm_medium=facebook&utm_source=share_petition 2. Promises made during Agitation of Azad Maidan on 14th October, 2008 was neither kept by Govt. nor by activist. napm-india.org/node/30 3. Rajya Sabha will not be converted into Bollywood Stage or Sports Stadium by appointment of actors & sportsmen as MPs. 4. Though Maharashtra CM has promised to take steps to reduce Electricity charges but if not Will AAP include this in its manifesto ? Will AAP show ground level action for demanding Maharaahtra electric company audit by CAG on Delhi lines and also include in it future election manifesto ? 5. Again though Maharashtra CM has promised to frame a new Toll policy, but will AAp raise the issus to abolish Toll tax which is totally unfair and unjustified for daily traveling people who r burden by this tax as they have to travel towards Mumbai from neighboring Thane and Navi mumbai for their regular work. 6. Govt. portal site which already exist and there is classification to launch complain on centre as well as all Indian states ministries but these complains remain pending on sites since years without action, not even they get rejected. Will AAP, show action to include in it manifesto to attend these immediately within 2 months as per already existing policy of Centre which is in fact not implemented in practice by different states. pgportal.gov.in/Grievance.aspx 7. If ADARSH report does not reach its logical conclusion, than Rs 7.04 crore of public money goes down the drain after rejection of Adarsh Commission Report. Mockery of democracy, which would give the govt. absolute power to govern, the way it wants without making it accountable to public for any such action. Will AAP take this issue in its Manifesto to reopen and give public necessary justice. Note- Why Maharashtra Electric company needs audit by CAG- 1. I am really surprised, if most of the MERC officials are from MSEDCL or Tata or REL......as only these people have the required qualification. than how can we expect it to BE fair and not favor it masters and why there cannot be a outside eligible to be included in it ? Can we not smell some fish in this ? 3. Is it not true that even before retirement, almost all officials get job offers from these electric companies to either join them or their newly opened consultancy firm gets firm orders from these electric companies ? How many oF such retired ex MERC r presently working with these companies or are in contract with these companies ? 2. in such a scenario, What is wrong in asking a independent audit report from CAG Whats wrong in asking for CAG audit of electric companies like Delhi govt. action ? During BSES time till year 2000, without usege, meter rent for residential was Rs. 10 and for commercial it was just Rs. 30 but now REL charges Rs. 30 and 250 respectively. MERC has lost its credibility and hardly there is any effect of public making noise in public hearing as it is a parrot of electric companies. Had Lemon TV not taken up electricity issue for months a few years back, todays rates would have been skyrocket. again now this political interference would definitely bring some check somewhere. There is a common practice which is in existence with the blessings of present Policy makers and the Congress. Start business at the cost of the Public and expand at the cost of the Public using Public Money . So what is the loss ? Karle Duniya Mutthi meain is based on this concept . BSES was purchased at just Rs 1530 crore and now the same coming is worth 30000 plus crore in 9 years ? Reliance Power garnered Rs 15000 crore . SASAN project is financed using Public Money and the scenario is such that within few years Govt will be left wil just junk companies in its stable and then again a whole new repeated process of Nationalization will start. Dr Pramod Deo, who was once the Chairman of MERC, was a Director of BSES Ltd (now REL/RINFRA)? It was in 2004, during Dr. Deos regime that MERC passed the (wrong) order preventing Tata Power from supplying electricity to retail consumers in Mumbai suburbs. Finally in July 2008 the Supreme Court passed the Order over-ruling MERCs wrong Order .... DO WE NEED ANY MORE PROOFS HOW MERC IS WORKING AND WE THE APP ADMI R GETTING CHEATED ? It is my humble request to support these issues and make every effords from your end to get them to logical conclusion in public interest.
