Will Mandy Wiener have any credibility left after a few more books and publicity stunts like the shit pulled by 702 today? Sitting on info that would have been explosive and in the public interest during the Oscar trial, and waiting until the ink is dry on a book is just terrible. Of course John Puppy Dog Robbie will help peddle a few sales on his show this morning so the rot extends into the pseudo credibility of the countrys premier talk show. This is 702 at its best/worst. Putting profit above all else is a speciality of theirs and of course they will justify their actions with all the usual PR spin in place to make the smell of 70poo resemble a cheap perfume rather than the ecoli infested journalism that it has quite possibly sunk to. As an aside I read through all the Spy Tape transcripts yesterday and there were plenty of references and calls about the media. But it was only the print guys the politicians involved were scared of. No mention was made of Eyewitness news or other electronic news depts. Only the papers. I guess they are not seen as a threat to corrupt politicians? Why not?
