Will had a rough morning today. Just after getting to school he got hit in the face with a basketball and broke his glasses. Our normal eye doctor is downstate so we took a chance and stopped into Gaylord Eye Care Center (next to Glens). I cannot say enough how AMAZING their staff was today! Not only did they open their doors early for us and do everything in their power to fix his glasses, but they gave him a pair of contacts for today after determining his frames couldnt be fixed immediately. They even tried fitting his lenses into different frames they were going to loan us. And to top it off....the woman that helped him put the contacts in gave us her personal cell number and offered to meet us tonight to help him take them out! Every single person in that office went out of their way to help 2 people that arent even their patients! How incredible is that? We are both so grateful and appreciative of all their help today. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
