Will have beef ready the middle of December or in January. $2.95 per pound plus processing and slaughter fee. You can buy a whole, half or quarter. I will not know the weights of the beef until they are taken in to the butcher. I will need $100 deposit. After I receive the deposit I will give you the butchers number to call and order how you want your meat cut, packaged and amount per package. The reason for the $100 deposit is I have ended up with over 200 pounds of meat cut per a customers order and they decided they couldnt get it.
