Will someone explain to me why raising the minimum wage is a good idea? The way I see it is helps nobody and further hurts our economy! Raising the minimum wage sounds great but when the cost of everything goes up to compensate for the wage increase it hurts everyone who makes more than minimum wage. Companies are not going to eat that cost it gets pasted on to the consumers. It hurts the Middle Class the most because they wont get a wage increase further hurting the economy! Instead of raising minimum wage how about make higher education more accessible and affordable? Lets educate people and help create higher paying jobs in this state and country!
