Will someone please help me to understand the ALS Challenge. Are people just going around dumping buckets of ice on their heads to avoid giving a monetary donation? If so, It would appear that giving $ would be worth far more to ALS research. I dont want to offend anyone, its been very cute to watch and Im sure its been fun for families to get involved together and it has raise awareness for ALS, but at the end of the day what do we really have? Or are you supposed to dump the ice AND give $?
