Will this f**kN movie ever get made? Lol. For the last 2yrs or so there have been talks of a ghostbusters 3. Some of the original cast members, particularly Dan Akyroyd 1 of the right holders to the francise, said that the film was in motion & that everybody was on board, except Bill Murray that is who at the time was the only wildcard holdin the process up. Murray obviously doesnt have any interest returning to the francise tht started with 1984s Ghostbusters followed by 1989s Ghostbusters II. Murray said he had a script at home on his office desk & tht hes been meaning to look at it but clearly he wants no part of this francise anymore & he should just be honest & say that instead of waisting ppls time. After reports of Murray wanting no involvement, this film has been in complete limbo with various story & plot ideas. The original plan was to have a younger cast of new ghostbusters to be mentored & trained by the old ghostbusters. But with the recent passing of Harold Ramis (Egon) & Murray no longer apart of the francise, now it seems the direction is to have a team of all female ghostbusters. Smh. What do you guys think? Should they finally put this movie to rest? Or would you like to see a 3rd entry in the GB saga?
