State Statutory tasks must be completed properly concerning the tangible paper mortgage loan package - the paper note while its debt aka intangible payment obligation is still attached and filing of deed of trust and all subsequent Assignment of Deed of Trusts pursuant to CA Commercial Codes 7-501 and 9-312 to establish a LEGAL Holder In Due Course who must achieve all 3 below: 1. Named on the paper note timely in the chain of endorsements as a payee. We are not talking 10 yrs later. 2. Sole Owner and Sole Claim to the intangible payment obligation aka debt. 3. Holder In Due Course named into the public Records - County Records and UCC 1 Financing Statement filed with the Sec. of State. If Freddie owns the intangible payment obligation and is not named on the paper note ----and an Assignment of Deed of Trust represents a TRUE SALE OF ALL 3 parts ---What the heck is China Brown selling to her employer Wells Fargo masquerading as an employee of a Defunct company 7 years after Freddie mac bought only the electronic binary file of the debt? She certainly is not selling a complete tangible paper mortgage package right--- in case Freddie has owned the unsecured debt for the past 7 years? All these assignments filed on homes are fake----and start the color of title on the property injurying the homeowner legal title. Only the Holder In Due Course is able to file an Assignment of Deed of Trust----China Brown is slandering the title trying to confuse and defraud the court and the County recorder, Our Courts will soon no longer be valuable as crimes are being allowed to be paraded in court and felons who broke State laws from the Get Go - allowed to seize real property with NO lawful authority. Accounting will show that no one has been harmed.
