Other restaurants in the area provide this service, but none of them are located on the Mall district of 9W. I personally prefer to eat out of that area. The local economy probably makes out fine with the fast food places that go in and out of the 9W area. However it doesnt do anything to help the local economy. 9 hrs · Like · 2 Frank Burke Yes there is a gap in prices and time and still people will complain. I eat all spectrums from 250 dollars a plate down to McDonalds. We as consumers are driving what we see. Ok so mostly the town of ulster but were not off topic. 8 hrs · Like · 1 Debbie Phillips Barnes As a resident of the Town of Ulster for many years, to my knowledge, we have received no benefit from all of the Malls, and business lining 9-W. Taxes continue to rise, more roads have been added, more lanes of traffic, and the number of car accidents has increased. There is more pollution, etc. It destroyed a lot of the businesses that used to be located in Kingston. We lost some lovely homes, and farmland. I am sure that someone is profiting from the influx of growth, but it is not the average person. I miss the old two lanes of traffic from years ago.
