William Stickevers: Economic and Political Future of the United States based on the Barbault Cyclic Planetary Index Thursday, October 9, 2014 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM, Building C, Room C210 Significant turning points of the Cyclic Index from 2000 to 2021 will be explored in regard to the United States’ to make informed speculations on the nation’s economic, political, military and technological future. Andre Barbault’s Cyclic Index is the sum of all angular distances between pairs of outer planets, from Jupiter through Pluto. The Cyclic Index has proven to be one of the most accurate predictive tools for mundane astrologers for determining global economic and political stability. William Stickevers has been a practicing astrologer since 1990, mostly in New York City, and now based in San Francisco. He is well versed and/or certified in psychological, Horary, Electional, Astro*Carto*Graphy, Medieval, and Renaissance branches of astrology and worked with Alphee Lavoie of Astrological Institute of Research (AIR). William has lectured for the National Council for Geocosmic Research (NYC, Long Island, New Jersey), American Federation of Astrologers (Los Angeles), the Astrological Society of Connecticut, and in Europe (Munich, Germany and Bucharest, Romania) and Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, Yokohama). William is an active member of the NCGR and Society of Astrologers. As a regular guest on news and astrology TV and radio shows in New York City, William has appeared Jenny Lynch’s groundbreaking “Star Power” television show and on Alan Steinfeld’s popular New Realities radio show. William was also one of 10 select astrologers invited to give a presentation on the future of the U.S. for the “We the People” and the Stars 2013 online video event.
