Williamsburg Masterpiece by Wallace Gusler, handforged., this is one of 2 Iron Mounted Rifles made by Wallace in the original shop years., there is no question that this rifle represents Rococo Art at its very best, made for a friend of his. The stock has blackened from use and the fire blued mounts still look great and have turned almost black. The early Williamsburg Shop Rifles are at a premium., I have been fortunate to own 5 of them over the years., when you look at this rifle you can see why the Movie was Called Gunsmith of Williamsburg.
