We are looking for a person with a cheerful and positive demeanour, excellent presentation, and great attention to detail to fulfil the casual role of Weekend Receptionist. Applicants must possess: - Experience in managing a busy switchboard - The ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner - Website management skills - Competent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook The successful candidate needs to be able to commit to casual weekend work and will be required to work every 2nd weekend on a rotating roster with the possibility of relief work during week days as required.
