Winding down Day 7. Awesome day. Went through some of the most beautiful places in our country. Knysna, 7 Passes, Monteque Pass and THEN we did 7 weeks Poort Pass!!! We had lunch at padstal at entrance to Oudtshoorn this afternoon; proteas on the table and roosterkoek to die for (by the way we will need the gym and strict diet after this trip despite the fact that we really sweat on the bikes most days).
