Winding down Saturday - early Sunday morning actually - and the day has been long and full - the soup got made in the wee hours - friends were met all morning and then I picked up Lynn and took her up to our country estate where she got her skinny clothes out - her no sugar/no flour commitment is now entering its sixty third day and is working really well - some larger stuff went to Goodwill and vegetables of all sorts were purchased and taken back to our DC flat where we unwound a bit. Being the change we want to see in the world has meant doing some conscious consuming. Were hopeful that our example is sending out good ripples into the universe and benefiting others. Thats really the whole point of existence - or else Im really missing the point! Hows your Saturday been, FB tribe? Whats on tap for tomorrow/today?
