Winding down. Yup...I turn it up so it resonates throughout this home. This one is for my brother-in-law Chad and POPPOP & Jason Walker (hubby unit lil brother), leaving for Missouri on a lonely bus in the morning, where he will be facing his past, the death of his fiance and newborn son this last year in Missouri...and stepping out into the world on his own again. Poppop will miss him (hed been staying with him since Grandmas passing recently)...so time marches on. New journeys can be scary, exciting, sometimes even second guessing ourselves and our decisions. So heres to this family, that loves each other very much in our own imperfect way(s). May we all have traveling prayers and blessing as numerous as the wild flowers on the side of the road here in this big land of Texas! May the Angels line up beside him, guide him and protect him, and fill Pop Pops heart with hope and peace beyond understanding as only our Lord and Savior can do!
