(serves 20) • 64 oz white grape juice • 32 oz pomegranate (or cranberry) juice • 6 oz fresh raspberries • 1/2 pint pomegranate seeds • 1 L ginger ale • 2 bottles prosecco • muffin tin Combine white grape juice and pomegranate (or cranberry) juice into a large pitcher. Pour the mix into muffin tin, filling the cups half of the way. Drop a few fresh raspberries and pomegranate seeds into each muffin cup and place in the freezer until frozen. Place the pitcher with the remaining juice mix in the fridge until ready to serve. Remove the muffin tin from the freezer and remove the ice cubes with a small spatula. Add ice cubes to punch bowl, pour in the juice mix into a punch bowl and top with ginger ale and prosecco (ginger ale and prosecco last so it will stay nice and bubbly). Ladle out to guests.
