WineCares Program - An Introduction How Does WineCares Program Work? WineCares will provide a simple contract agreeing to pay monthly residuals to the non-profit organization for all referrals. WineCares will create a co-branded web page with non-profit and support non-profit in driving traffic to the web page. Please see credit-cares-about-sjccf for an example of our co-branded sites. These sites can be expanded to include additional pages, blogs, pictures and video. Non-profit will send web page to known and potential supporters and supporting merchants will complete the form on the web page. Form information will be emailed to WineCares - Credit Cares network or to Non-profit for tracking if they wish. WineCares will contact supporting merchant to discuss their processing needs and obtain a current processing statement if applicable. WinesCares will create a proposal for merchant based on current processing or, if not processing, on business type and estimated sales. Upon proposal acceptance supporting merchant will complete merchant application and agreement which will be submitted to underwriting for approval.
