Winge Today Winge Tomorrow So it has become clear to me that a number of people who could not have had any chance to have seen the evidence that was presented to Lord Penrose in the UK’s only Judicially Empowered Public Inquiry, have been trying to drive the final solution to this 50 year scandal. I have, and although until Lord Penrose Publishes his report I will not be able to explain my reasoning fully this is what I believe my life as an NHS lab rat is worth. 1. Damages to date recognising government’s failure to support its most complete victims, Starting figure £600,000 but in many cases it will have to be significantly higher! 2. Support from now on should based of Thalidomide model and certainly should be no lower. £44K P/a plus mobility and care package support depending on needs assessed! 3. Widows, and children of supportable age. Widows pension should be 50% of annual payment made to partner at point of death as is common practice in work place schemes. All children should receive lump sums and support in line with same conventions! 4. Bereavement payment to cover inability to obtain affordable life cover and provide for immediate needs of those suffering loss! 5. A Memorial Fund be set up to provide whatever support the individual needs who has suffered through contaminated blood bereavement ! 6. All those who’s practice is either questioned directly or otherwise should face full professional and legal scrutiny of their practice and any sanctions that may then be appropriate . We are victims of crimes against humanity, a conspiracy of cover up, consigned a false history so the guilty can keep their freedom and their pensions.
