Winning Wednesday! By Tara Brown These ladies wave me down and were FURIOUS that they had been sitting for quite some time and didnt know who their server was. (I was actually in the middle of grabbing my last check and was already cut.) I took their drink order and helped them and apologized so much, I was probably annoying. They begged me to serve them and I went ahead and took them. One woman tipped me $8 on $16 and the other $20 on $9. They tipped me more than they paid for their food.) I was just really glad they left satisfied and didnt have a terrible time because I feel like when people come out to eat its to escape reality in some way. You dont want them to have a terrible time because you dont know whats going on in their personal lives. It can take anything from a laugh or smile, to a kind gesture of some sort to make someones life a little bit easier. I like that feeling. A lot! ~posted by Mary
