Winoptions Markets Review - Tuesday, November 19, 2013 Dear Trader, It is our pleasure to present you with Winoptions daily analysis and a list of important events in the week to come. U.S. Markets US markets eased back after reaching key record high levels, following six weeks of gains. On Monday, The Dow Jones index was closing at 15,976.02 +0.09%, the S&P 500 index was closing at 1,791.53 -0.37% and the NASDAQ index was closing at 3,949.07 -0.93%. European Markets European markets are expected to fall on Tuesday, following a three-session winning streak, mirroring losses on Wall Street, where cautious comments from U.S. billionaire investor Carl Icahn at a Reuters summit prompted some late losses. On Monday, U.K.s FTSE 100 was closing at 6,723.46 +0.45%, while the German DAX was closing at 9,225.43 +0.62% and the France CAC was closing at 4,320.68 +0.66%. Asian Markets Asian shares edged to a two-week high on Tuesday, riding on the previous days hefty gains sparked by optimism over Chinas economic reform plans. Japans Nikkei share average retreated from six-month highs as financials took a breather after their recent earnings-led rally, while uncertainty on when the U.S. central bank will start tapering its stimulus crimped demand. Earlier today, The SSE Composite Index In China was closing at 2,193.13 -0.19% while the Hang Seng Index in Hong Kong was closing at 23,699.92 +0.17%, and the Nikkei 225 Index in Japan was closing at 15,126.56 -0.25%. Commodities & Foreign Exchange The U.S Dollar Index is currently traded around 80.68. Crude Oil is currently traded around $92.87. Spot gold is currently traded around $1,273.90.
