Winston was a volunteer favorite who was quickly running out of time at the shelter. FoHCAS agreed to sponsor his heart worm treatment and that allowed this family to adopt him with no worries about the additional immediate cost. Seriously, did Winston (now Gage) hit the jackpot or what? Gages new Dad, Josh, tell us We decided to take the kids to the shelter for an education experience and to our surprise they where having an event that day. As we were getting out of the car, the kids ran up to the front of the building where Winston was sitting As they made eye contact with him, they knew he was the one they had to have. We never made it inside the building and they were sold on him. He was fun and playful, and it was like he was already a part of our family; it was an unspoken feeling that is hard to explain. We were all in love with him. He has been a great addition to our family and he is loved very much. We want him to live a long and healthy life. Thanks to YOUR donations, Gages treatment is covered. Lets continue to make families whole, donate today!
