Winter Light-By Caitlin N. Miller Twelve hours of darkness, Surrounded by ice. The air is silent. As the frigid water rises. Water freezes over land, as the sky is full of millions of stars. The moon illuminates the night of the North Pole. As the northern lights scatter the sky afar. Wolves howled, as the snow reflects the powerful lights. Ice began to form rapidly as the colorful lights turn white.
