Winter Precipitation: What, Where, When, and How Much? Another round of winter precipitation is possible tonight into Thursday across portions of Oklahoma and western north Texas. Freezing rain and sleet will be the main concerns with some accumulations. The best chance for precipitation will be in parts of southern Oklahoma and western north Texas with highest accumulations expected near the Red River Valley.
