Winter Sanctuary is approaching its midway point for this season. Since beginning the program on November 24, weve served 262 single homeless individuals. None of this would be possible without the support of the congregations who open their doors and volunteer their time and energy to serving our guests. Thank you to St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, This is Pentecost Ministries, St. Paul Baptist Church and Arcade Church for hosting the Winter Sanctuary for this past week. A special shout out to Christ Temple Apostolic Church for unfailingly giving Sacramento Steps Forward a space to host the Sanctuary when there is a gap in the calendar.
