About scheduling: When you call the office (216-281-6470) to schedule your haul out please be prepared to give your member number, name and if you will be un-stepping a mast or not. You will also need to provide a date you would like to schedule (be prepared with a back up date) the office staff will provide you with a few times that are available on that day for you to choose from. The office can schedule haul outs for Sept 20th – Nov 2nd. Please call to schedule your Haul Out no later than October 9th If you need to make an appointment Sept 17-19th please call the yard directly at 216-281-1518 (we are unable to transfer calls to the yard) If you want to schedule a Haul out for after Nov 2ndth please contact the yard directly at 216-281-1518 (the office is unable to transfer calls to the yard). Last day boats can be in dry sail is 10/31. Last day boats can be in the water is 11/30 $250 Penalty for missed launch or haul out times or dates A $250 penalty will be assessed for any missed launch or haul out time or date, if the office is not notified at least 7 days in advance. Haul out time is limited to a maximum of 1 ½ hour per boat. Boats which take longer than 1 ½ hours will be charged additional time at $50 per hour.
