Winter has arrived. Do you find it easier or harder to train and diet in the winter, compared to the summer? I always think summer has more temptations like ice-cream, drinks, etc, but I find winter turns me into a vegetable and I just want to be lazy! lol. Of course I stay on routine, but I do find winter much more difficult to follow plan and stay motivated. Whats your experience with weather change?
