Winter in Kashmir & the survival. Nothing is more challenging than fighting extreme coldness in winters at domestic level. When temperature dips to below minus degrees & the water in pipes get chocked The sun looses its heat or warmath. The hands,feet,ears,nose get red & cold The shu or chilblains prevails The Kangree under pheran is kept Some keep water or electrical water bottles for warmath. All types of warmth appliances are kept stand by. The expenses on clothing increases many folds,the mufflers,the caps,sweaters,jackets,coats Arrangements of Woods,Bukharie,starting Hamams,Gasoline,coal... Water or snow shoes with many types of socks. No guide but learning through experiences. Many accidents related with burns,deaths due to gaseous exposure can be prevented by timely interventions. The winter has started.....
