Winter is setting in, but we are keeping you full and warm with this weeks new menu items. For the next week we will be featuring a creamy potato and chorizo soup finished off with a scallion sour cream. We also have a set of pan fried crab cakes with Manchego cheese polenta finished with an apricot gastrique. If youre looking for our #tapas tasting menu our first course has a delicious marinated artichokes; a tuna salad terrine with piquillo pepper puree hard boiled egg and jalapeno aioli; and rosemary candied pecans tossed with dried cranberries and figs. Our second course has fried panko crusted Gordal olives filled with a lemon caper cream cheese; pan roasted Faroe island salmon with quinoa, kale dates and romesco; Sundried tomato focaccia topped with roasted grape tomatoes, Manchego cheese, and #jamonserrano and lastly an #Estrella beer marinated skirt steak taco with caramelized peppers and onions, fried onion rings and a #chipotle crema.
