Wisconsin State Park Photo Contest Remember to take your camera along while fishing, hiking, boating, biking, picnicking, swimming, or camping in one of Wisconsin’s many beautiful state parks. The Friends of Wisconsin State Parks (FWSP) is asking all interested individuals to submit photographs taken of any of Wisconsin’s state parks in the fifth annual photography competition. FWSP asks that the photographs include beautiful scenery or any other great outdoor activity. Selected winners will be featured in the upcoming Friends of Wisconsin State Parks 2014 Calendar being released this October. Friends of Wisconsin State Parks is a non-profit organization that was created to preserve and enhance Wisconsin’s State Trails, Parks, and Forests so that future generations can experience the stunning scenery all around Wisconsin. The deadline for submissions is August 30th. All photographs must have been taken within the past three years (January 2011), and must portray a specific Wisconsin State Park, Forest, or Trail.
