Wisdom Morsel: …Let her breasts satisfy thee at all times; and be ravished always with her love. Proverbs 5:19. The lights dim; I adjust into a comfortable position and cram my mouth with popcorn. The movie screen lightens then three lactating breasts loom into view. The magnified nipples split; milk drips then flows. A voice thunders like a rushing water fall: “nutrition at its best.” I latch on and suck with gusto. I’m no longer a child, what am I doing? Then I awake. It was a dream. Who has three breasts? The God head is three. El-(Shaddai) is connected to the Hebrew word, Shadayim, which means breasts. Could this dream be a visit from El-Shaddai the All-Sufficient? Breast milk has been scientifically proven to be the best source of nutrition for a baby. King Solomon also asks that men be satisfied with the breasts of their wives, but was he merely talking about the marital relationship? Based on this dream, I believe we should feed from, and on, the All-Sufficient One. We should be ravished always by His deep love for us. Then we shall grow up healthy and strong. Let us constantly keep this truth before our eyes: God loves us deeply. He took our filth and gave us His righteousness. Constantly reminding ourselves that He loves us and that we are righteous will help us bear much needed fruit of the Spirit. It is time to suck at His divine breast; suck away with gusto. In due season, our lives will change and glorify His Holy name. He is All-Sufficient to meet every single need: physical, material and spiritual. I Peter 2:2 says, “Desire the sincere milk of the word that ye may grow.” © Yinka Falana 2014
