Wisdom for Emerging Builders: Ephesians 2:20 being built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the chief corner stone. (ASV) Jesus Christ is the chief cornerstone. Everything that we build must be rightly aligned to His nature and Character. Apostles and Prophets have an assignment to impart revelation, patterns and truths that are indeed in alignment with Christ Nature. Those things that have been laid by desirous and lucrative actions will indeed be tried by fire. Paul says it this way, let each man take heed how he buildeth thereon. ( 1 Cor 3:10) We must be cautious in what we build with. Laying unrighteous patterns upon the corner stone will indeed be tried by fire. Whether its gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay, stubble; each man’s work shall be made manifest, or tried.
