Wisdom for today Never COMPLAIN about what you permit in YOUR LIFE. Have you come across habitual complainers? They complain about every thing, their job, their country, their spouse etc. They drip water like a faulty tap. Many years ago I had a friend that complains about most services in UK. He complains about his GP, the NHS, the council where he stays his job etc.. One day in the midst of other friends as he was complaining again , another fellow yelled out “SOLO , WHY DON’T YOU JUST LEAVE THIS COUNTRY AND MOVE BACK TO WHERE YOU BELONG OR BACK TO WHERE YOU CAME FROM!!!???” My friend looks up with a shocked look on his face and says “My country??? How can I ? I left there many years ago, I will be lost going back!!!” We should NEVER complain about what we permit in our life. We make choices that give permission for circumstances or conditions to exist in our daily life. In the bible, there are a few examples: – a man lay by a healing pool for 30+ years waiting to be healed, full of excuses regarding why he couldn’t pull himself the last few feet to get INTO the pool – King David didn’t discipline his children, he was too lenient with them and due to that there was much strife in his household and family The medication to cure a dissatisfaction or an unfavourable atmosphere in your life is CHANGE. Use your Power of Change or Shut up and be thankful to God. Fix that FAULTY TAP NOW….. Isaac Namabiri.
