Wisdom needed. Training for my third half. This coming weekend is my Last long and then its taper week. Race is the 21st. I remember a steady good week bad week alternating each training before...however even my shorts this week my legs have felt heavy, I am not pacing as usual I am slow. Is This normal?? How do I need to change my running plan/diet etc to beat this and get back to my pacing of last week in time for the race? Hiit? Yoga?
