Men are visionaries.They need carriers, workers, maintainer, and builders. In that context he needs lady who can translate whats been spoken and making the machine go. 2. Respect must giving via words and actions. A lady must communicate with a respectful tone, words, and presentation. Otherwise you risk not being heard, ignored, or dismissed. 3. Communication must be kept in the vault. Nothing more disrespectful than a person/woman who hears a brother issues, vision and or heart and communicates that to unauthorized parties (any party outside of couple). Loyalty in this area is paramount. 4. Men use impactful words. Build an environment that accepts his words with love and respect. 5. Needs time to communicate his words. Some guys needs a few minutes to collect his thoughts. This is normally to allow anger to subside, emotions to be removed, and proper words to speak. 6. Respect is equated to being heard and actively listening to. 7. Sometimes the respectful thing to do is not try to fix it. 8. Respect is to be done in grace not disgrace.
