Wish Id heard this podcast after birthing Ismail. I mean Alhamdulilah Mariam and Mounir are pretty healthy MashaaAllah but mommy definitely started feeling it with the third pregnancy... Anyone out there is planning on having more kids I would urge you to space them apart minimum 2 years. It makes so much sense considering the holy scripture advises to nurse for 2 years which I recently became aware of. Theres nothing amazing about having kids back to back! A lot of people tell me, oh good for you have them all close together so you can get it out the way. I dont agree with them , Believe me its no walk in the park nor did I plan it this way... Its hard on the body, its hard to tend to all the childrens needs and its also hard for daddy to give them all attention. Dont get me wrong, Were happy and feel blessed with the babes We have and now with this information I plan on being much more proactive after baby #4 InshaaAllah.
