Wish all in the group a lovely day as the fight continues. A quick question regarding my fight with an agent (aka lawyer) and the educational institution he left (C.T.I.). I am getting ugly with them today. My son left in 2007 ( 3 weeks ) lectures due to non - performance on their side. As agreed with principal we payed one months notice to terminate which we did, in cash to student advisor. No receipt given next day as promised and the bloke left C.T.I.. First contact from lawyer in December 2013 claiming R 13 000-00 odd, and a threat of removal of goods if we do not pay. We responded with our case, got a reply ONLY in June 2014 stating judgement has been taken and will stand untill settled. We responded and asked for Judgement number and date, and in all after mails this fact is not forthcoming. I want to send them a final mail, stating the obvious again, (prescribed?) that I do not enjoy the threats, order them to stop immediatly, one more contact and I will bill them. My question is (Alan and group) can I mention I will issue a Commercial Lien on them if they do not desist in the same mail? To agent and principal?
