Wishing all who celebrate a happy Easter. I’m looking forward to my three-day workshop in Italy in the spring. Here is a preview of a relaxation exercise we will be doing there, but you don’t need to attend the workshop to try this at home. This video is subtitled and can be translated into the language of your choice by clicking on the “CC” button, clicking the “On” button, choosing “Translate Captions” from the drop-down menu, and selecting the language of your choice. If you need to read the captions, it is perfectly fine not to close your eyes as I suggest in the video.
