With Niccolo Machiavelli, Sun Tzu, and Robert Greene( of the 48 - TopicsExpress

With Niccolo Machiavelli, Sun Tzu, and Robert Greene( of the 48 laws of power), my quarrel is not with the number of laws, 48 is after all only half a century, a semi centennial, of which people have lived, and still yet do. My quarrel is rather with the amoral teachings of the laws, the fact that the laws themselves do not take into account any sense of right or wrong, other than its focus on how to gain power in every situation, regardless of any consequences whatsoever. Maybe its my English that is bad, but so far, I am yet to make sense of this cryto-fascist guidebook on the art of screwing people over. How does Robert Greene not see the danger in the religious followership of his rules,? how does he not see that his method of making a living is capable of drifting the human race towards unparallelled catastrophe? Or, is he just to bitter to care? Too bitter, is the most probable answer I find to the question "The 48 laws of power"
