With PEOPLES POWER, I believe we can! I always believe, this impunity with which we are being governed by the cancerous enemies of the land can be checkmated by the collective will of the people. Earlier on in Ekiti State, we witnessed an incumbent Governor accepting defeat even before election results were formally announced. Weve also recently seen how popular voice of the people in Nasarawa State resisted the move to oust their Governor. Only yesterday, such feat was similarly resounded in the Gubernatorial election in Osun State. I think it is becoming neater & healthier and that people are getting wiser. YES, we are making progress! At this rate, one is hopeful that it shall cease to be business as usual forthwith. No, Never again! You will not abuse peoples mandate and expect to be trusted. You are a betrayer! You will not brazenly steal peoples money and then come with a 5kg bag of rice and expect to be respected. You are a cheat! And, if you dont give a damn when it matters, then you have no moral business to present yourself before the people at election time. You are a misfit! In a democracy, genuine peoples will must be respected and allowed to take precedence over & above anybodys personal interests. Allow the people to take part &, indeed, to TAKE CHARGE!
